Service Description

We will help you install and configure one software application on one computer. (Software sold separately.) We'll activate your software if necessary, and install any critical updates. We'll configure the software to your specifications. We can also set up a desktop shortcut, a Start Menu item, and an icon on the Quick Launch toolbar if you'd like. *This service can be performed either over the internet or onsite.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Also if appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled before the 24 hours time frame 30% percent of the session fee is then charged.
